My philosophy is not negotiable: Music is a business, not a hobby. Musicians are human beings, not transactions. My work has always centred on development, structure and helping people turn potential into something real. I am not here for the hype or the shine. If you can’t eat but you’re shining on stage, it means nothing to me. If you can’t live, I’m not interested in the hype — no matter what people tell you. We are not doing that here. People need to live and have dignity. Professionally, I’ve built a career in HR, training, development, systems, processes, recruiting talent and helping people step into who they can become. In the music space, I’ve worked with artists on the fundamentals: registrations, branding, education, opportunities and the mindset needed to grow sustainably. My approach is simple: Clear expectations. No hype. Consistent action beats talent without discipline — every time.
