Refilwe Palesa Letswele is a South African music and entertainment professional, creative director, talent manager and event producer with experience across artist management, live events, stage production, creative development and entertainment projects. As the founder of Calltime, a boutique creative and entertainment agency, Refilwe works across talent management, event management, stage management, creative direction, content management and PR. Her work focuses on developing talent, executing high-quality live experiences and creating strategic opportunities that connect artists with audiences, brands and the wider entertainment industry. Her professional experience includes working with leading entertainment and events companies, managing artists and productions, and contributing to major live events including In The City, Scorpion Kings Live with Friends, and Cassper Nyovest’s Fill Up Toyota Stadium. She has also worked directly across artist and stage management, production coordination and event operations. With a background in Event Management and hands-on experience within the South African music and entertainment landscape, Refilwe brings a combination of creative vision, operational expertise, talent relations and project management to every project. She is passionate about building sustainable careers for artists, developing meaningful creative concepts and delivering professionally executed experiences within the global music and entertainment industry.
