After writing music scores for short movies and theatre plays, Garcia recorded the album, "GIRAL" (never released), composed with his friend, the drummer Andre Togni. It stood out as a standard for the technique, creativity, and experimentations employed in his later works, it would be the cornerstone of what he would become as a composer. Picture His album "Symbiosis" is a good example of it. It was recorded in "one take mode", where Garcia seeks the maximum of spontaneity, which he believes to be "where the beauty lives". On “Aviv” he went even further, recording 'live" during a concert at CTJ Hall in Brazil.
