Tony Timpano is an accomplished entertainment attorney and business and legal affairs executive with a proven track record. He has held senior executive positions with Sony Music’s RED Distribution, Edel North America, ICON Entertainment, and served as a consultant to the New York-based record promotion/distribution and marketing services company, Total Entertainment Asset Management. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Timpano provided comprehensive legal advice to clients in the areas of entertainment, media, intellectual property, licensing and corporate law.Drawing on his 23+ year background in entertainment, Timpano combines innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit with solid business acumen. In addition to overseeing all business and legal affairs for Alliance Entertainment as General Counsel, Tony is a key executive in building strategic relationships with artists, labels and talent representatives for AMPED, the company’s music distribution division.
