Ella Negrescu is a Bucharest-based artist manager and media strategist, known for her innovative, cognition-informed approach to music promotion. A Berklee College of Music graduate, she specializes in helping independent artists navigate label and publishing contracts, offering both negotiation support and clarity on contract language. She has managed Katherine Aly (UK) and currently oversees June Turns Black (RO), focusing on international growth and cross-border projects. Ella also serves as Media Manager at EpicenterHUB, a booking agency in Bucharest, where she blends media, branding, and strategy to build strong artist profiles.

SHIKAGE is a company within the field of artist management. It opened it's gates in January 2019, though it's spirit comes years before with the experience of each employee of the company. At first glance, we have the same concerns as many of our colleagues, namely to act as a mediator between organizers and artists, with the best possible protection of their respective interests, to achieve their goals. We develop strategies that aim the core goal of the artist that we work with, and that makes it our own goal. We look forward to working with educated artists who stand out and bring great messages to the world. We offer our artists a long-term, professional and at the same time personal cooperation and career support.
