The Verb Media Agency is proud to represent Emily Baird, a versatile singer-songwriter with a strong artistic background and rapidly growing career. Emily is a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy (’23) and is currently pursuing her B.M. in Songwriting at Berklee College of Music (Class of ’27). Her artistry blends folk, alt-folk, alt-pop, indie, and indie-pop, creating a distinct sound that resonates with both listeners and industry professionals. Emily’s accomplishments include: • Featured on 2021 American Idol, Season 19 (Judges Round) • 3× YoungArts Award Winner (Songwriting ’22 & ’23; Voice ’23) • 2× National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) National Semi-Finalist (’24 & ’25) • Launched her recording career in 2024, with original releases across all major streaming platforms and 30,000+ streams on Spotify to date Emily is currently seeking: • Songwriting collaborations with established and emerging artists • Sync licensing opportunities across film, television, and commercial placements • Vocal features and session work to expand her creative footprint With a proven track record of artistic excellence, competition recognition, and streaming traction, Emily is positioned as a promising new voice in the indie/alt-pop space. Founded in 2025, The Verb Media Agency is a new and evolving music agency dedicated to understanding the landscape of today’s music industry and supporting the growth of emerging artists. While we are still learning the ropes and refining our approach, our focus remains on exploring how record label services and music promotion strategies can best serve independent musicians in today’s fast-changing environment. Currently, Emily is our sole artist. The lessons we learn through promoting her music will guide and shape the way we support additional artists down the road. Our areas of interest include: • Artist Development & Label Services – release planning, distribution, branding, and career strategy • Music Promotion – playlist pitching, press outreach, and targeted digital marketing campaigns • Collaboration & Networking – connecting artists with songwriters, producers, and industry professionals At The Verb Media Agency, we are committed to combining creative storytelling with data-driven insights to better understand how artists can build visibility and long-term careers. For now, we are focused on learning, experimenting, and gaining experience in the field. As we continue to grow, we are not currently seeking new clients but remain open to collaborations, knowledge sharing, and building relationships with artists, labels, publishers, and sync/licensing partners worldwide.
