Released "Behind Her Eyes" 9th October 2026.. is an emotional pop-country ballad about a woman trapped in a controlling relationship after moving to a new town to begin what was supposed to be a new life. By day, she escapes to her attic room, painting at her canvas and dreaming of open roads, freedom and the life she truly wants. A cinematic, heartfelt song about hidden dreams, quiet strength and finding the courage to break free.

Jakob Perbøll, known for his long-standing background in rock music and his work with the Danish band Big Fat Snake, brings a raw authenticity to the production. With The Purple Project, he merges that legacy with a modern, cinematic edge—creating music that feels both immediate and timeless.
