Gonçalo, from Long Way To Alaska, on his solo adventure. This is the story of Gonçalo Alvarez, on his solo path, far but always close to the warmth of his Long Way To Alaska buddies. We decided to explain this album like if it was a fairytale. Especially, because there is no other way to do it. Its lyrics, its frankness and, of course, the happy ending of the songs are a trademark of “QUIM”, the first EP of the Braga based musician. We have to ask: is there anything more precious than the effortless beauty of music? On these five songs, Gonçalo explores the sweetness of pop music and connects it with nature. Nuno Abreu (from LWTA) also performs in “Crianças” — the first single of the CD. “QUIM” is the soundtra- ck to the everyday life, to our daily rou- tines and an escape to that special place also known as the wonderland country.
