  2. What does Music2Deal offer?

  3. Who can join Music2Deal?

Rujukan anda akan disemak semasa proses pendaftaran.

  4. How do I change/update my profile?

    Lengkapkan profil anda dan tambahkan gambar profil jika belum berbuat demikian.
    Kemudian cipta Tawaran atau Keperluan pertama anda di bahagian Tawaran & Keperluan Anda untuk menjadi lebih kelihatan dan menerima padanan serta respons daripada ahli lain.
    Ia juga membantu anda kekal aktif dan membina rangkaian dengan menghubungkan diri kepada kenalan perniagaan yang relevan.
    Anda boleh menemui mereka melalui Finder, meneroka di Explore, atau berhubung melalui hasil padanan.
    Semakin relevan rangkaian anda, semakin tinggi peluang anda untuk mendapatkan urus niaga sebenar.

  5. How do I delete my profile?

    Jika anda ingin membatalkan keahlian anda, hanya perlu menghantar e-mel ringkas kepada kami di info@music2deal.com.
    Sebelum anda berbuat demikian, anda mungkin ingin mempertimbangkan perkara berikut:

    • Jika anda belum berjaya lagi, semak Skor Kejayaan Profil anda dan tingkatkan profil, tawaran dan keperluan anda
    • Jika anda mempunyai keahlian Premium, anda boleh bertukar ke Basic pada bila-bila masa tanpa kehilangan hubungan sedia ada anda

  7. How do I change my e-mail address?

Create Offers and Needs

  1. How do I upload my music?

    Tawaran dan Keperluan merupakan teras Music2Deal.
    Ia menjadikan profil anda kelihatan, mencetuskan padanan dan memberitahu kenalan yang berkaitan.
    Tanpa ia, sangat sukar untuk menjana urus niaga.

  2. Why can’t I create a new Offer?

    Tawaran ialah apa yang anda miliki – contohnya muzik, artis atau perkhidmatan.
    Keperluan ialah apa yang anda cari – contohnya lagu, artis atau rakan perniagaan.

  3. Why can’t I upload my pictures?

    Each category has a different purpose:

    • Songs → compositions for artists and projects
    • Licensing → music for film, TV and commercials
    • Artists → for live performances and record deals
    • Vocalists → for live and studio work
    Because each category has a different purpose, you may need to upload the same song multiple times to reach the right audience and improve matching.

  4. Why can’t I upload my songs?

    Use a Post or Event to share updates, news or general information.
    Events can be online (with a URL) or offline (with a location).
    You can also use Posts to highlight your Offers or Needs and increase their visibility.
    Alternatively, you can post in Groups and include your Offers or Needs to exchange ideas and connect with members who share similar interests.
    Use Offers and Needs for concrete business opportunities.

  5. How do I create a "Need"?

    You can create Offers and Needs in two ways:

    • Use the blue "+ Create" button on the left side of your Feed
    • Or use the input field at the top of your Feed ("My Network")
    You can also manage, create, edit, delete and share them inside the Your Offers & Needs section.

  6. What do I have to do if I want to offer the same song as a license, a song, and for an artist?

    As our section have different purposes you need to create an "Offer" in each category and you have to upload the song to each section separately. Moreover you need to add different information in each section.

  7. How can I activate my Offers again?

    You can activate your Offers by clicking on "Activate" on the Offer. Offers are moved offline when a person’s membership decreases to a Basic Membership. Please note that you need to be Premium member to have more than 1 Offer active on your profile.

  8. How do I edit/delete an "Offer" or a "Need"?

    Your profile alone is not enough to be found for specific music opportunities.
    To appear as an artist, vocalist or songwriter on the platform, you need to create an Offer in the corresponding category. For example:

    Offers are what other members search for when looking for artists, songs, vocalists or licensing opportunities.

  9. How can I share my Music Offers and my Needs?

    An "Always Needed" describes your ongoing main requirement and is set in your profile (Edit Profile).
    It is visible as a permanent request to other members.
    For specific or time-limited requests, you should create a regular Need under "Your Offers & Needs".

Profile Success

  1. What is Profile Success Score?

    Imagine, if you go to a business event and stay in a corner, what will be happen? Nothing. Same hold for Music2Deal. So it is important to have a good profile including a profile picture. Moreover you need Offers and Needs to get attraction and they will lead to visitors for your profile which might bring in other business possibilities. Last not least, you need business friends which matches to your business. As it is important to stay in contact with them all your business friends on Music2Deal will be informed about new Music Offers and Needs. But also check out with whom you are business friends with. For example If you are a singer without writing songs it makes no sense to be connected to a publisher. So such a business friend will not match to your business and the success rate will not increase.

  2. What is the algorithm behind "Profile Success"?

    a) Profil (Maksimum 30%):
    Gambar akan memberi anda 10 kredit. 5 kredit untuk bandar anda. Dua kredit untuk setiap maklumat profil teks yang diisi dan 1 kredit untuk setiap "Sentiasa Diperlukan". Setiap entri profil lain juga mendapat 1 kredit setiap satu.

    b) Tawaran & Keperluan (Maksimum 30%)
    Tawaran/Keperluan yang disyorkan untuk profil anda akan memberi anda 10 kredit.
    Setiap Tawaran tambahan memberi 3 kredit dan setiap Keperluan tambahan memberi 2 kredit.

    c) Jumlah Rakan yang sepadan (Maksimum 40%)
    Setiap rakan perniagaan yang sepadan dengan profil anda = 0.5 mata

    Selain itu, Kejayaan Profil juga akan dipengaruhi oleh lawatan anda ke Music2Deal.

  3. What is a recommended Offer or Need?

    Depending on your business type, Music2Deal suggests Offers and Needs that match your profile. For example, if you are a Vocalist, we recommend you to post a Vocalist Offer.

Matching Tool

  1. How does the Matching Tool work?

    Our technology analyzes each Offer and Need created by our members, and the details that are specified, and then automatically displays any relevant Needs and Offers. If you do not currently have any Offers or Needs online, you will still be shown any relevant Business Matches according to your profile information.

  2. Where can I see my matches?

    Here you can see your latest matches to your Business (Profile), Offers and Needs. All existing matches can be seen by clicking on your Offer or Need. All Matches for your Business (Profile) could be seen here.

  3. Too many or too few matches?

    If there are no matches shown to your business (profile), Offers or Needs, your information may be too specific. Try it with fewer requirements. Conversely, if there are too many matches shown, you may wish to be a bit more specific, so you can see more relevant results in what you’re looking for or offering.

  4. Example of a Match

    If an artist in the U.S. posts a Need that he is looking for a manager in the UK, all relevant managers will be displayed on his Need page and all relevant managers will also see his Need in their profile matches. If a publisher posts a Need that he is looking for an up-tempo hip-hop song in English, all relevant songs will be shown on the page of this Need and all members who are offering such a song will see this match at their corresponding Song Offers.

Membership and Pricing

  1. Where do I find details about the Membership plans?

    Just click on My Account. If you are not yet a member of Music2Deal, click on Rates. There you’ll find details about each of the different Membership plans including pricing.

  2. Which membership do I have when I sign up for Music2Deal?

    When you sign up for Music2Deal you automatically receive a Premium Membership for one month for free. One way to continue this membership is simply by signing up 2 new business friends each month, otherwise the Premium Membership ends after one month and becomes a free Basic Membership. Or, you can upgrade your membership and buy easily Credits.

  3. How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

    Just go to My Account and select the type of Premium Membership you want.

  4. Is there a term?

    Tiada tempoh tetap untuk pelan Keahlian Asas dan Premium. Pelan Keahlian Premium akan tamat secara automatik selepas satu bulan jika akaun anda tidak mempunyai Kredit yang mencukupi atau jika pembayaran belum dibuat. Dalam kes tersebut, ia akan menjadi pelan Keahlian Asas.

  5. Which methods are there for paying for my Membership?

    For all Premium Membership plans, you can choose one of two methods; either manual payment or subscription. The choice of payment method doesn’t affect the price or the functionality of Music2Deal. Membership payments are paid in advance.

  6. Where do I find the payments I’ve made to Music2Deal?

    You can view any payments you have made to Music2Deal here.

  7. What happens if a debit payment fails?

    Jika pembayaran debit untuk langganan anda gagal atau anda tidak mempunyai cukup 'Kredit' untuk membayar Keahlian Premium anda, tawaran muzik anda (kecuali satu) akan dinyahaktifkan dan anda akan dimaklumkan. Sebaik sahaja anda memperoleh jumlah Kredit yang mencukupi atau telah membuat pembayaran dengan betul, anda boleh mengaktifkan semula Tawaran anda dengan mudah.

Kredit

  1. Apakah itu kredit?

    Kredit adalah mata wang dalaman yang kami gunakan di Music2Deal. 100 Kredit = 1.00 USD. Anda memerlukan Kredit untuk menaik taraf akaun anda dari Basic ke mana-mana akaun Premium.

  2. Bagaimana saya boleh mendapatkan Kredit?

    Anda boleh membelinya atau mendapatkan Kredit secara percuma dengan menjemput rakan dalam industri muzik ke Music2Deal. Rakan yang dijemput perlu diterima oleh pasukan Music2Deal – seperti prosedur bagi setiap pendaftaran dalam rangkaian kami. Anda akan menerima 250 Kredit untuk setiap rakan yang diterima. Anda juga boleh memperoleh 20 Kredit setiap kali anda mengundi (secara tidak anonim) tawaran muzik ahli lain, dan apabila tawaran muzik anda diundi oleh ahli lain, anda akan menerima 4 Kredit bagi setiap bintang.   3. Why should I invite my friends to Music2Deal?

    Dengan menjemput orang baharu ke Music2Deal, anda akan menerima 250 Kredit untuk setiap orang yang diterima. Selain itu, anda juga mengembangkan rangkaian anda untuk lebih banyak peluang.

  4. Why haven’t the friends I invited been taken into account?

    In order to take your friends into account, Music2Deal has to accept their registration first. This process can take several hours or days.

  5. What happens if I invited more friends than I needed to?

    Nasib baik, Kredit anda kekal dalam akaun anda sehingga anda menggunakannya. Jika anda menjemput lebih ramai rakan daripada yang diperlukan, mereka akan diambil kira untuk bulan-bulan berikutnya.

  1. How often will the charts be updated?

    Every Wednesday at 12:00 (UTC) our charts are updated automatically. 

  2. On what are the charts based?

    The charts are generated by the votes of the offers. There needs to be a minimum of {0,number,integer} votes on a particular music Offer. Results are based on the average number of votes over the last months.
