Respect Music is an artist management, sync representation & consultancy company. It was founded by Sharon Dean who was Director of Licensing at PRS for Music for 10 years. Sharon manages Icelandic neo classical composer/artist Biggi Hilmars. Sharon is the UK Director of LA based National Association of Recording Industry Professionals (NARIP) Through NARIP Sharon hosts music pitching sessions to US & UK Music Supervisors who specialise in syncing music into film, trailers ,TV, adverts & games. Sharon is on the Music Advisory Board of In Place of War and was recently a Board Member at The Association of Independent Music (AIM) Respect music is a member of PRS for Music, MPA, NARIP, BPI and IPOW.
