Alfred Bischof – Singer-Songwriter with Heart and Purpose Alfred Bischof from Vorarlberg, Austria, is a singer-songwriter and storyteller who performs exclusively his own original songs. Accompanied by acoustic guitar, harmonica and occasionally ukulele, he writes about real life, hope, doubt, courage, social issues and personal turning points. His songs are inspired by genuine experiences and human encounters, creating an authentic connection with his audience. Musically, Alfred combines the traditions of the German-speaking singer-songwriter scene with elements of Austropop. Influenced by artists such as Wolfgang Ambros, STS, Georg Danzer and Reinhard Mey, he has developed his own distinctive style. He performs in both the Vorarlberg dialect and standard German. His achievements include four consecutive awards at the German Rock & Pop Awards, winning the VOET Song Competition 2025 with his song “Und plötzlich” (“And Suddenly”), as well as numerous radio, television and press appearances, including ORF Radio Vorarlberg and TV Oberwallis in Switzerland. On stage, Alfred Bischof offers intimate concerts filled with authentic stories, meaningful lyrics and handmade music. His songs encourage reflection, inspire hope and leave a lasting impression. Personal motto: “If you stay down, you lose.”

"It's ok but not breaking any barriers. Pleasant and well played. Unfortunately the song isn't getting out of second gear."
