I put up Captain Casanova, a new Scandinavian alternative, lo-fi rock act, on M2D knowing that the band holds some real potential and I wanted to test out the site to see if M2D was what it said it was. After only less than a week on the site, having received some good reviews, the band was voted Featured Artist, which cast off both interesting offers and new connections in the industry. So it really seems like it works the way it was meant to. In my opinion, the thing that makes M2D great is that it's not cluttered with rubbish and spam like other platforms, so you can actually get your music noticed by the right people. If it continues on this path it will definitely be a great way to network in the music industry.
